Add or Edit Orders in WooCommerce

With the newly added feature in Roles & Rules B2B, you can now add orders directly in the WooCommerce admin for your B2B customers. If you e.g. receive a order via email or phone from a customer, simply search for the customer, and their role will be automatically selected in the Roles & Rules B2B section in the edit order page. Add the order items, save the order, and use the “Recalculate Prices” button to apply the correct role-based pricing effortlessly.

How to add and update order prices

  • Go to WooCommerce > Orders > Add orders (button)
  • If the Roles & Rules B2B section is not visible, go to Screen Options (top of the page)
    • Find Roles & Rules B2B, check it and close the Screen Options
    • Find the section and move it to where it fits in for you in the Edit order screen
  • Search for your customer, when selected and customer have a role, this role will be selected in the Roles & Rules B2B dropdown select box.
  • Add your order items (products)
    • When done – Save and update the order
  • Go to the Roles & Rules B2B section, click the Recalculate Prices button.
    • Your order items (products) will now get the same prices that you have for this role
    • You will also get quantity discounted prices if you have set this up in Roles & Rules B2B
    • Now you can send order confirmation to your customer if you like (Order Actions).
  • FAQ
    • If I do changes in the order items – what then?
      • Do your changes + Save (button)
      • Then click the Recalculate Prices button in the Roles & Rules B2B section.
    • What if the prices does not change?
      • Then check if the Role is Active in Roles & Rules B2B, if not you will only get your regular prices on your order items.

So, just remember to save any changes in order items, then hit the Recalculate Prices button.
